What is Net Promoter Score?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) works by gauging customer loyalty through a single question survey, measuring the likelihood of a customer recommending a company’s products or services. Respondents rate their likelihood on an 11-point scale, from 0 to 10, and are categorized into Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), and Detractors (0-6). The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, resulting in a score between -100 and +100.

For 2024 Cornerstone received the following:

Total respondents = 184
Score of 10 = 83 (Promoters)
Score of 9 = 45 (Promoters)
Score of 8 = 47 (Passive)
Score of 7 = 47 (Passive)
Score of 6 or below = NONE (Detractors)
