Does your development need new utility connections?
We can obtain quotes (on your behalf) for any new utility connections required for new and proposed developments. This can be very time consuming, so we offer a single point of contact for all the relevant utilities.
Please note that the majority of utility companies will require in-depth information about your development to proceed with this request. You will need to provide detailed information about your requirements i.e pipe layouts, fittings tables, meter positions etc.
Please also note this process is only for developments in an advanced stage. You may find the pre-development (capacity check) more relevant for your needs.
We will complete the admin required and get you to a point where you have a quote to connect or disconnect.
Our fees are as follows:

| 2 utilities | Our fee of £225+VAT plus utility disbursements |
| 3 utilities | Our fee of £300+VAT plus utility disbursements |
| 4 utilities | Our fee of £350+VAT plus utility disbursements |
